If you have a customer service issue, first of all, sorry about that! We pride ourselves on great food, and great customer service. We always want to hear about our shortcomings and ways we can continue to improve so this doesn't happen to you or anyone else in the future.

Something was wrong with your food? We need a moment. That's unacceptable! We would greatly appreciate you letting us know what the issue was.

What if I my order was wrong?

Oops, sorry! Is there anything worse than getting the wrong order at a fast food joint? We want what we ordered, darn it!

If you're still in the parking lot, we recommend going back to the location and letting them know. They should be able to fix it ASAP.

What if the app isn't working?

Technology, amirite? The good news, unless there is a global internet outage, you should still be able to place an order our website. We are probably already working hard to get the app fixed, and are always looking for ways to improve it. Please let us know what issues you are having so we can get it fixed as fast as possible!

This is a tough one, since there are a lot of moving parts to delivering food. Usually it goes off without a hitch, but sometimes...
